LuckyPulse ("we," "our," or "the app") is a lottery number generator designed for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect
Profile data (stored locally)
When you set up your profile, you may provide your birthday, favorite color, lucky numbers, preferred time of day, element, and lucky day. This data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Purchase data
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and transaction data from Apple — we do not receive or store your payment card details. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details.
News feed data
The app fetches lottery news from external APIs. These network requests may expose your device's IP address to the news provider as part of standard HTTP communication. No personal or profile data is sent with these requests.
How We Use Your Information
- Profile preferences: Used entirely on-device to personalize the number generation engines.
- Subscription status: Used to determine which features are unlocked (e.g., all three engines, unlimited generations).
- News feed: Used to display lottery-related articles and updates within the app.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties that may receive limited data are:
- Apple: Processes App Store purchases and manages subscriptions.
- RevenueCat: Manages subscription state using anonymous identifiers.
Data Storage & Security
All personal preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts or server-side databases containing your information. When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is deleted.
Children's Privacy
LuckyPulse is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app requires users to be at least 18 years old to create a profile.
Your Rights
Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete your profile data by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.
If you are a California resident (CCPA) or a resident of the European Economic Area (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
