Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LuckyPulse ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Entertainment Disclaimer

LuckyPulse is an entertainment app only. Numbers generated by the app are produced using algorithmic engines for amusement purposes and do not guarantee, predict, or influence any lottery outcome.

LuckyPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any lottery organization, government body, or gaming commission. Use of generated numbers for actual lottery play is at the user's sole discretion and risk.

No Gambling

The app does not facilitate gambling, wagering, or the purchase of lottery tickets. It does not accept real money wagers of any kind. LuckyPulse is a number generation tool provided purely for entertainment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuckyPulse. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscriptions & Purchases

LuckyPulse offers the following optional subscription plans:

• Monthly: $3.99 per month
• Yearly: $29.99 per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and code within LuckyPulse are the intellectual property of the app's developer. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.

News Feed Content

The app displays lottery-related news sourced from third-party providers. We do not author, verify, or endorse this content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party news articles.

Limitation of Liability

LuckyPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to any losses from lottery play based on numbers generated by the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers of LuckyPulse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
